Journal Policies

Accessing Articles
Journal of Business Administration (JBA) currently offers open access to all of its articles. Readers have the opportunity to create an account on the website, granting them access to the entirety of the available online articles and journal issues. Readers can also request for a physical copy of the journal issue for a certain fee, that is to be informed upon communication with the Editor.

Archiving
The Journal currently archives the articles manually using a backup server, after a regular interval. This initiative reinforces JBA's commitment to ensure uninterrupted access to scholarly resources, in the event the journal website faces any undesirable event.

Revenue Sources
The Journal's publisher, Centre for Management Research and Publication (CMRP), Institute of Business Administration, University of Dhaka, contributes 60% of the funding for the journal, with the remaining 40% acquired from student subscriptions. This dual funding model ensures the financial stability and continued operation of the publication.

Advertising
As of now, the Journal does not feature any advertisements on its website. Any future plans in this regard will be clearly articulated on the website, accompanied by the necessary policies.

Direct Marketing
The Journal cordially invites researchers to submit manuscripts through a semi-annual 'Call for Papers' announcement that is strategically aligned with its publishing schedule. Invitation for additional special issues are extended via emails and personal communication channels.
