Journal ofBusiness Administration (JBA) is a double-blind peer reviewed journal published by the Institute ofBusiness Administration, University ofDhaka. The editorial board ofJBA is cordially inviting your research works for publication in the Volume 46 Issue 1 ofthejournal expected to publish by December 2025.
Research articles on business administration, management, strategy, accounting, finance, marketing, human resources management, operations and supply chain management, sustainability, entrepreneurship and related areas are invited.
JBA (print ISSN 1680-9823, e-ISSN 2708-4779) publishes original manuscripts passed through automated plagiarism check, rigorous peer review, fine editing and proof reading. It is devoted to the extension and development ofthe theories and practices ofbusiness administration and management and is designed to appeal both academics and practitioners. Although JBA publishes two issues per year, submissions are taken throughout the year. Papers are published online as soon as the review, editing and proof reading processes are complete.
The journal uses cross-ref generated Digital Object Identifiers (DOIs) for all the published papers hence enable the papers accessible to the scholar community.
Submission Guidelines:
- Submission of a paper implies that it has not been published previously and is not under consideration for publication elsewhere
- Manuscripts are to be submitted both as MS Word document and PDF
- Author/s are to provide a brief biographical note and contact address
- Author/s are requested to register online at the journal website (https://journal.iba-du.edu/) and submit the manuscripts online
- Alternatively, manuscripts are to be sent to journal@iba-du.edu
- Author/s are requested to follow the detailed guidelines available on the journal’s page
